3. How to Initiate a Return

- Receive Return Authorisation: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorisation number and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible), and include the return authorisation number inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges
