3. Shipping Destinations
- At this time, Saving Tides Co ships exclusively within Australia.
We do not currently offer international or worldwide shipping. - We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future. If you’d like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, we recommend subscribing to our email list.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.
- If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@savingtides.co.
5. Shipping Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@savingtides.com. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been shipped.
