What if I purchase the wrong size?
No need to worry! If you purchase a size too large/small, please reach out to us via email or the contact form on our website, and we will happily exchange or refund your purchase. Please note this must be within 30 days after you have received the product, and it must remain unworn.
How long does Shipping Take?
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Domestic orders typically take 3-7 business days for standard shipping. If you choose express postage, these typically take 1-3 business days to arrive.
Can you ship outside of Australia?
We currently do not offer international shipping, but we’re looking into it for the future! Stay tuned for updates.
What makes your products lower impact?
We don’t claim to be perfect — apparel production has an environmental footprint.
Across our range, we prioritise lower-impact materials where possible. Our hoodies incorporate recycled fibres (repurposing approximately 8 plastic bottles per hoodie), our t-shirts are made from organic cotton, and our hats use cotton and are produced in limited runs to avoid overproduction.
We focus on thoughtful design and small batch production rather than trend-driven drops. 10% of profits are donated to marine conservation.
Most importantly, we encourage intentional purchasing. We design pieces to be worn for years, not seasons.
